Shipping of your package:
From Monday to Thursday, orders placed before 13:00 are deposited at the post office the same day. Depending on the type of shipment chosen when you place your order, the delivery times for A (Priority) or B (Economy) mail depend on Swiss Post. Due to the current situation, it may happen that the Swiss Post delivers your package one day late.
Shipping costs are calculated according to the value of the order:
- from CHF 0.- à CHF 50.- Delivery : CHF 7,50
- from CHF 60.- Delivery : FREE
A surcharge of CHF 3.50 is charged for priority parcels (PostPack Priority).
Track your parcel:
Whatever the shipping method chosen, we will provide you by email a link that will allow you to track the delivery of your package online. You will also find the tracking number of all your orders in the order history section from your user account.
Checking of goods:
The customer undertakes to immediately check that the delivered goods are in conformity with the ordered goods, complete and in perfect condition. Damage to the delivered goods must be reported immediately upon receipt to the transport company and then to Biotonic. In the event of a complaint, all parts of the original packaging must be kept. The customer may only dispose of it with the written consent of the transport company or Biotonic.
In the event of a delivery error, incorrect or missing items, please inform Biotonic immediately by contact form or E-Mail, but at the latest within 5 calendar days of delivery.
To be noted:
In the event of unavailability of an item, the customer will be informed within 48 hours of confirmation of the order. If necessary, a partial delivery will be triggered and Biotonic will send the missing item without additional shipping costs as soon as it is replenished.
Biotonic does not deliver its parcels in post office boxes and does not deliver any goods to minors or customers under guardianship. The customer certifies that he/she is of legal age when creating his/her user account.
Payments on Biotonic.ch are transmitted in a 100% secure manner thanks to PCI DSS certification and 24-hour system monitoring from our PostFinance service provider - BillingOnline. Transactions do not arrive with us but only with our PostFinance service provider - BillingOnline.
